Check for Recalls
Recall and Safety Information
ThriftMouse strives to offer only the best items at all of our consignment sale events. Our policy is to not sell recalled or unsafe items. It is the responsibility of our consignors to make sure all of their products offered for sale meet the required safety standards. We are all parents and the safety and security of our children is our number one priority. We expect our consignors use these lists to check for recalls before consigning any of their items to insure none of their items offered for sale have been recalled.
It is illegal to sale items that are on a recall list. Therefore, any recalled items brought to the sale will not be given back to you. More importantly we don’t want to sell anything that may be potentially hazardous to a child. Please remember that YOU are the re-seller, not ThriftMouse. We are only facilitating the sale. As a ThriftMouse consignor, you will sign a Consignor’s Agreement that specifically states that you have checked the recall list and are not bringing any recalled items.
Thank you in advance for your assistance with this.
